The Malvern House: This was a complete refurbishment throughout together with the addition of a large Kitchen/Meals/Family area to the rear. The house was completely relined with period cornices, skirtings and architraves. Hydronic heating, full insulation and polished secret nailed floorboards are also part of this work. A rear carport and a fully landscaped garden by Rae Jones-Evans also compliment this house It is now a lovely family home Surrey Hills House 1: This traditional "Block Fronted" Victorian Home had a major two storey addition to the rear. Two bedrooms, a spa bathroom and a study area were included. The decoration of the original house was carefully replicated at the rear. The roundels and cricket bat embellishments being carefully picked out in a Heritage Green and Burgundy. Surrey Hills House 2: This Federation styled house was re-roofed, a rear family room added, the existing garage modified and a new double carport added to the front. A raised rear deck and decking surrounding the pool were also part of this extensive renovation. Surrey Hills Carport: This is a recently completed glass and steel Carport in Wandsworth Road, Surrey Hills. It sits pleasantly beside a Victorian Home and has drawn several appreciative comments from the neighbours. It’s made of 13.5mm laminated Grey Glass and is quite cool underneath. Contact me and I will tell you how much it cost ! Canterbury House: The Canterbury House involved a major transformation of the rear of this traditional "Bay Fronted" Victorian solid brick residence. Major planning and construction deficiencies were corrected which completely re-orientated this house to the rear pool. The original slate roof, high ceilings and double hung window vocabulary was used to create this award winning extension. Contact me to talk your project through in more detail!
