In her expert architectural design for Saltwater Ann incorporates space, light, and breathtaking views of the Emerald Beach coastline to create a sophisticated and relaxed environment for beachside dining and accommodation. Japanese Garden Pavilions, North Coast Regional Botanic Gardens The Japanese Garden Precinct within the North Coast Regional Botanic Gardens represents a collaboration between a specialist garden design team from Sasebo and local institutions. Ann is proud to contribute architecturally to the legacy of the Japanese Gardens through her design of the Pavilions. Informed by her recent travels in Japan, and extensive architectural experience, Ann’s design for the Japanese Garden Pavilion incorporates traditional Japanese aesthetics and building techniques with contemporary Australian materials. The Sawtell Community Rotary Centenary Clock Tower A focal point within Sawtell’s First Avenue Heritage Garden, the Sawtell Rotary Centenary Clock Tower combines function and aesthetics in a celebration of heritage and community. Ann’s preliminary sketches informed the design of the clean, bold tower structure and backlit graphic panels, with stunning results. 80 Albany Street Renowned for its bold facade, vibrant colour scheme, and inviting functional spaces, 80 Albany Street demonstrates Ann’s innovative and playful design aesthetic within a sophisticated commercial premises. g2 architects Pty. Ltd. employs a multi award winning team of passionate architects and draftsman: - Ann Gee (RAIA): Ann our Principal Architect has operated a successful architectural practice in Sawtell since 1982 and has designed numerous iconic buildings and structures within the local area. - Oliver Gee (M. Arch, B. App. Sc in Des.): Our newest Partner and Architecture Graduate, Oliver was the 2009 recipient of the Institutes Daryl Jackson Alastair Swayn Graduate Prize for attaining the highest grade-point average in his Masters of Architecture at the Univesity of Canberra. - Ann and Oliver are proud to be joined by Jaqi (RAIA), Scarlett (B.
