CDI Architects

CDI Architects is an innovative, boutique architecture practice in South Brisbane that is gaining recognition for designing multi-residential projects, high-end housing and commercial projects. CDI is known for high quality design and documentation that is creative and very practical.

Current projects include; Respite care centre for Cathay Community (under construction in Coopers Plains), 18 apartments at Kings Beach (under construction), 13 apartments at Highgate Hill (under construction), 17 apartments at Spring Hill (construction docs), 8 units at Northgate (under construction), 44 apartments Ashgrove (construction docs), 10 units Northgate (construction docs), 17 apartments Kedron (DA), School projects at Darrah and Carrara (under construction), DETE project at Bunyaville (under construction)

Commercial projects include a $10m North Lakes commercial complex which with its laser cut feature screens & dramatic steelwork will make a distinctive addition to the precinct.

Architect Charles Howroyd, an Honours Graduate from University of WA, started the business in 1994. Now with a team of qualified staff, CDI Architects is committed to using experience to "add value" to clients’ projects.
